Three Tennessee teens sue Elon Musk's xAI over AI-generated CSAM

A class-action lawsuit has been filed against Elon Musk’s xAI, alleging that the company’s Grok AI chatbot created AI-generated child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Three Tennessee plaintiffs, including two minors and an adult who was underage at the time, claim that the “spicy mode” feature on Grok knew it would produce explicit content when launched last year. The lawsuit accuses xAI leaders of being aware of this possibility but choosing to proceed with the feature nonetheless.
