Microsoft Experiences and Devices Leader Retires Amid Leadership Shake-Up
Rajesh Jha is stepping down after 35 years at Microsoft, during which he played a pivotal role in transitioning Office to the cloud and overseeing various productivity tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot and Windows. In an internal memo, Jha announced his retirement, citing plans to transition out on July 1st while remaining in an advisory capacity. Instead of naming a direct replacement, Microsoft is promoting four of Jha’s top executives to lead the experiences and devices group as part of a broader leadership shift within the company.
