Live Nation Trial Could Move Forward as Soon as Next Week
Multiple state attorneys general are expected to meet with DOJ officials next week to discuss a potential settlement in the ongoing antitrust case against Live Nation. A hearing held by Judge Arun Subramanian on Tuesday revealed that several states have agreed to a separate deal with Live Nation, and it remains to be seen whether these agreements will be expanded upon in an attempt at a broader settlement. The decision of whether or not to move forward with trials could be made as early as next Monday if no further negotiations are reached.
