Trump considers withdrawing US from NATO alliance

US President Donald Trump has announced that he is considering withdrawing the United States from the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).

Trump stated that the US could be done with its involvement in the Iran war within two or three weeks. The comments came amid a widening rift between the US and NATO allies over the ongoing conflict.
