Rajasthan Royals Vaibhav Sooryavanshi Achieves Impressive 15-Ball Fifty Score

Rajasthan Royals’ Vaibhav Sooryavanshi Scores Third IPL Half Century in Win Over Chennai Super Kings

Vaibhav Sooryavanshi, a 15-year-old opener for the Rajasthan Royals, achieved his third half-century of the season in a dominant eight-wicket victory over the Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League (IPL) on Monday. The match saw Sooryavanshi score 52 runs off 17 balls, including five sixes and four fours.

Sooryavanshi’s innings was part of a strong opening partnership with fellow opener Yashasvi Jaiswal, who scored 23 runs before being dismissed. The two batsmen shared a 75-run stand in the powerplay, contributing to Rajasthan’s total of 74 without loss at the end of the first six overs.

Rajasthan went on to chase down a target of 128, achieving victory in just 12.1 overs. Sooryavanshi credited his team’s coach, Kumar Sangakkara, and staff for supporting his attacking instincts.

The Rajasthan Royals’ bowling effort was also notable, with their attack reducing the Chennai Super Kings to 41-4 at the end of the powerplay. South Africa pace bowler Nandre Burger led the charge, taking figures of 2-26 and being named player of the match. Jofra Archer and Ravindra Jadeja also took two wickets apiece.

Rajasthan will face the Gujarat Titans in Ahmedabad on Saturday, while Chennai hosts Punjab Kings on Friday.
